4,000th Baby For Dr. Jahanshah Seraji
Christina and Michael Gallagher of Valley Stream are the proud parents of Mia Isabella, delivered by Dr. Seraji on November 17th. Dr. Seraji, who resides in Massapequa and maintains his medical office in Lynbrook, received his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has been a member of the Medical Staff at Mercy since 2000. Mercy is well-known for maternity and newborn care, with some 1,200 deliveries each year, including 300 or more who receive special care in the hospital's Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), the only such facility of its kind on the south shore on Nassau County.
